Rental of Wheelchair

Worth and reasonable price to get it for short term usage. Wheelchair conditions very good and nice to use it... will consider get from them if need it in future

Dear Mr Chu, thank you for your valuable feedback. We apologise if we need to ask for your PayNow account link contact number as this is to ease the rental refund procedure at the end of the rental period after the rented wheelchair is returned to us. Refund will be made back to your initial payment method (in your case is via PayNow) once the condition of the returned wheelchair has been checked. The process will take about 7-10 working days. Hope this clarifies your doubt. For your 2nd rental extension, the return period fell on a Saturday (10/07/21), please note that if the wheelchair is returned on Friday, there would not be a refund for rental fee as stated in the FAQ. Lack of empathy from Andrew

Lack of empathy from Andrew Lim who asked me the customer who is renting a wheelchair if i am coming to pick it up. Despite the fact that we have already paid a top up for the delivery and collection. The webpage user interface also requests customers to pay for collection and delivery at $50/- top up, yet later on the 2nd page requests for an addition $1.90 for the the delivery again. Which fueled the confusion within the invoice that was later received. To add to that, when the wheel chair arrived, the elevation mechanism was jammed and covered with oil. Covering our hands with dirty black oil when we were trying to adjust the height of the elevation. Lack of empathy from service staff and lack of equipment inspection gave me such a bad impression of the company that i am appalled that they are in the health care industry.
